It´s MONDAY!! A new week is here and now, you can refresh some routines, as a good way to start. CLICK HERE and choose your favourite one!

We are going to START a new topic: ANIMALS. It´s very funny and kids would love it! We are going to use again some the resources that AMANDA THE PANDA offers us. Depends on your level, click to the following links and listen to the song related to this TOPIC. The codes to access as students HERE.

¡Buenos días! Es LUNES. Una nueva semana está aquí y ahora, puedes refrescar algunas de las rutinas de cada día, como una buena manera de empezar. Clickea y elige tus favoritas. 

Vamos a empezar un nuevo tema:  LOS ANIMALES. Es muy divertido y a los peques les va a encantar. Vamos a usar algunos de los recursos que nos ofrece la WEB de AMANDA PANDA. Depende del nivel que tengan los niños, clikead en las canciones relacionadas con este tema. Los códigos también los tenéis. En la web de Richmond, videos y después, UNIT SONGS. 

No importa si quieres retaros a vosotros mismos y escuchar otros niveles. Es vocabulario sencillo. Y si queréis algo más, podéis probar con el GAME CENTER en modo ordenador, buscando los temas relacionados con los animales.

¡Hola, hola!
Hoy es jueves. Vamos a revisar algo de vocabulario de las partes del cuerpo. Vamos a usar los recursos que AMANDA THE PANDA nos ofrece. Depende de vuestro nivel, podéis pinchar en los siguientes links y escuchar la canción relacionada con el tema que estamos tratando. Para ver los códigos de acceso como estudiante, pinchad aquí. 

En la web de Richmond, clickead en videos y ahí, en unit songs. (Depende de vuestro curso). No pasa nada si os apetece retaros a vosotr@s mismos escuchando los otros niveles. Es un vocabulario muy sencillo y que ya hemos trabajado durante nuestras clases. 

Si os habéis quedado con ganas de más, probad en THE GAME CENTER (solo para ordenador), también pinchando en el tema relacionado con EL CUERPO. Decidme si lo habéis encontrado muy difícil o no. Apuesto que sois alumn@s estupendos y que recordáis muchas cosas.

DAY 29. "Where the wild things are"

HI GIRLS & BOYS!!!

IT´S WEDNESDAY! What a rainy day 😅. Maybe, if we sing this song VERY LOUD, our friend, Mr. Golden SUN is going to listen. COME ON! PLEASE SHINE DOWN ON ME!🙏

As we usually do in a our lessons, every WEDNESDAY it´s storytime. During this term, I will show you some CLASSIC CHILDREN BOOK for English learners. I 

would like to read it physically, but I´m finding online very good videos telling stories (even better than me 😂😂😂). 

Today, one of my favourites:

"WHERE THE WILD THINGS ARE" by Maurice Sendak. 

 It´s a very simple book but absolutely MAGIC. It´s so well known that they made a film in 2009. When you finish, you can draw what you really like the most in the story and e-mail me if you like (amoralesmartin@educa.madrid.org)

¡Hola, chicas y chicos! Es miércoles, ¡vaya día lluvioso!. Quizás, si cantamos esta canción MUY FUERTE, nuestro amigo el Sr. SOL DORADO nos escucha. ¡Venga, brilla para nosotros!

Como solía pasar en nuestras clases, cada miércoles es día de cuentos. Durante estos días, os enseñaré algunos libros CLÁSICOS PARA NIÑOS QUE ESTÁN APRENDIENDO INGLÉS. Me encantaría poder leerlos físicamente, pero estoy encontrando vídeos realmente buenos en los que se cuentan estas historias (incluso mejor que yo 😂😂😂). 

Hoy, uno de mis favoritos. En español se titula "Dónde habitan los monstruos". Es un libro muy simple pero absolutamente MÁGICO. Es tan conocido que hicieron una película en 2009 con el mismo nombre. Cuando lo terminéis, podéis hacer un dibujo de la parte que más os ha gustado y si queréis, reenviármelo a mi mail. Espero que lo disfrutéis tanto como yo lo hago cada vez que lo leo.

¡Hola a tod@s! Estoy muy feliz de estar por aquí de nuevo. 

Espero que hayáis pasado unos días divertidos (unas vacaciones de Semana Santa un poco diferentes, ¿verdad?). Seguro que estáis aprendiendo un montón de cosas divertidas y útiles. Y lo más importante de todo: pasando tiempo con vuestras familias. 

Hoy me gustaría compartir con vosotr@s nuestras canciones/videos favoritos, que los usamos en nuestras rutinas diarias. Es una buena manera de refrescar. Con una canción al día de cada apartado sería suficiente ¿Estáis list@s?

DAY 16. Easter challenge

HELLO, HELLO GIRLS & BOYS!!

TODAY IS THURSDAY, our last day before EASTER BREAK. I would like to propose a CHALLENGE for these days. 

We are going to MAKE OUR OWN EASTER EGG. 

What do we need? 

• Balloons (different sizes, water ballons are perfect)
• Glue 
• Water
• Paint
• Paint brushes
• Toilet paper

How can we do it? 

1. Blow air into the ballooon (you can choose the size).
2. Mix water (1/2) and white glue 1/2 to prepare paper mache mixture.
3. Cover the balloon with toilet paper pieces until it´s all white and complete.
4. Let it dry (it must be hard and white, maybe one or two days)
5. Paint the egg with colours and let it dry
6. Take a pìcture and send it to me!! amoralesmartin@educa.madrid.org

¡Hola, chicas y chicos!

Hoy es jueves, nuestro último día antes del "descanso de Semana Santa". Y os quiero proponer un reto para estos días. Vamos a hacer nuestros propios Huevos de Pascua. 

¿Qué necesitamos? 

• Globos (de diferentes tamaños, los de agua son perfectos)
• Cola blanca
• Agua
• Pintura/tempera
• Pinceles
• Papel del WC

¿Cómo hacerlo?

1. Hinchad los globos (elegid los tamaños que queráis).
2. Mezclad el agua (1/2 medida) y la cola blanca (1/2) para preparar la mezcla de "papel maché".
3. Cubrid el huevo con trozos de papel WC y la mezcla  hasta que esté completamente cubierto y blanco.
4. Dejadlo que se seque (debe estar duro y blanco, quizás tarde uno o dos días). 
5. Pintad el huevo, con muchos colores y dejarlo secar.
6. Tomad una foto y mandadla a mi mail

¡Buenos días! Hoy es MIÉRCOLES y, como siempre, es tiempo de CONTAR UNA HISTORIA, así que cantad conmigo...
Estoy intentando encontrar la manera de grabarme a mí misma contando algunas historias para vosotros, pero mientras, voy a usar vídeos que encuentro online. 

Aquí os dejo un libro que se titula "PETE EL GATO y SU GRAN AVENTURA DE PASCUA". Si no conocéis a Pete todavía, debéis darle un vistazo a su web, porque hay cientos de recursos e historias para todos.
